| Biography: Prof. LU Chunfang, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, expert in railway engineering technology and management. He has served as the commander of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway and the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway construction headquarters. He has organized the research and development of the "Fuxing" EMU Train series, which are independently developed by China. He has been in charge of high-speed railway construction, scientific and technological researches for many years. He has also led the research and development of the CRTS III track slabs, which are used widely in high-speed railways with fully independent intellectual properties. He was awarded the grand prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, and published works such as "Standardized Management of Railway Construction Projects", "China High-speed Railway" and "Quality System Management of High-Speed Railway Projects". | |
