In planning of the postponed event, we will protect the work already done for creation of the scientific program of the conference. The online submission system for full length papers remains open for everyone, potential authors are encouraged to submit papers as early as possible (hopefully all papers will be received before April 30) so that we can timely prepare the conference program and the publication of papers.
